There are four types of lodgings available all with private baths, coffee
makers and fixings; fluffy robes, iron, ironing board, hair drier, clock radio, daily home baked cookies; television/VCR,
free washer/dryer, thermostat heating and cooling fans; outside cooking grills, umbrella tables, and beach chairs. |

Cancellation Policy: We do appreciate how the unexpected may come up. However, should your plans change after your reservation is confirmed and you notify us 30 days or more before your arrival, we shall cancel your current reservation and be happy to apply your deposit, good for 12 months, to your next visit with us.
If the cancellation is made with fewer than 30 days notice, we regret to note the deposit is forfeited and you would be responsible for the entire bill. Because the season is so short, our facilities so limited and our reservation deposit so modest, we trust this guideline is appropriate. |

I - Billow House Motel has six oceanfront
kitchenette one room efficiency studios located on the second and third floors. These are fully furnished, heated,
and have a full bath. The rooms have two double beds with oceanside and rear decks. Decor is tastefully simple with
Maine Moosehead maple in the down East tradition. |

II -Three additional kitchenettes are
on the first floor of the guesthouse in front of sand dune with private lawns and umbrella tables outside; one
larger unit (Apt 1. ) ~ 2 doubles, with futon at same price as
motel efficiencies, sleeping 4-5; one smaller (Apt
9) with kitchen apart from sleeping space for 2-3; as well as one 2-bedroom
suite (Apts# 7/8) sleeping 4-6. All of these units are
particularly suitable for families and all three
3 may be opened to each other. These rooms are
perfect for family reunions any time
of year. |

III - The
124 year old turreted Victorian guesthouse has
been completely renovated into a gracious
hospitality area on the upper floors featuring
two oceanfront bedrooms( 2 person limit)
with private baths and microwaves and refrigerators
and the usual coffemaker and all the amenities
with deck in front. Seaside bedrooms ( Twins,
Queen or King) share an interior Gathering
room with oceanfront picture window and
skylight with cable tv and books/ videos/and
games. |
